Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes, all paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You'll have full access to all features of the plan you select during the trial period.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and for annual Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfers.
Yes, we offer a 25% discount for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Please contact our sales team with proof of your status to receive this discount.
If you exceed your plan limits, we'll notify you and give you the option to upgrade your plan. For team member limits, you won't be able to add additional members until you upgrade. For projects, you can continue using existing projects but won't be able to create new ones.
